Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage relationships with their largest customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for major accounts
- Train and coach customers, facilitating onboarding and account reviews
- Own the annual subscription renewal process and drive growth through cross-sell and upsell activities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role in SEO or digital marketing
- Proven ability to understand clients' business and connect to marketing value
- Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise-level CRM software
- Collaborative ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Previous experience with Moz Local, Moz Pro, and STAT products is a plus
