Job Summary
Supporting strategic financial services accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Manager IV will manage and grow large enterprise accounts by aligning HPE's portfolio with customer business objectives, driving pipeline growth, and ensuring long-term account profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Articulates the connection between customer KPIs and HPE's IT solutions, influencing executive decision-making
- Builds and executes a growth plan for HPE's portfolio, driving profitability and leveraging internal resources
- Identifies opportunities within customer accounts, leading pipeline activities and ensuring deal closure
Required qualifications
- University or Bachelor's Degree preferred; advanced degree or MBA desired
- 6+ years of account management experience, preferably in the IT industry
- Experience in strategic account planning and enterprise sales
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence stakeholders
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and HPE's product offerings
