Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager to join their EMEA team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development within the DACH, Netherlands & Nordics region, focusing on Ethics & Compliance Learning solutions
• Manage the entire sales process from opportunity identification to negotiation and closure while ensuring sales goals are met
• Deliver compelling business presentations and represent the company as a thought leader at industry events

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software/services sales with a focus on new business development in the DACH market
• Fluency in English and German is essential
• Proven track record in selling high-value, multi-year SaaS products
• General understanding of Ethics & Compliance Learning solutions is advantageous
• Experience managing complex relationships with senior management in large corporations
