  • Help customers achieve business outcomes and drive product adoption
  • Present clear ROI on the value customers receive from the platform
  • Set and drive upsell/cross-sell targets with accounts and Account Executive counterparts

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer success or related roles
  • Proven track record of working with Support, Sales, and Product teams
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to multi-thread and cross-sell within customer accounts
  • Demonstrated grit and determination in driving customer engagement
