Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive strategic renewals and ensure ongoing adoption and success for Enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 30-50 enterprise customers, focusing on renewals and account retention
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and success
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment, with 3+ years managing enterprise accounts
  • Experience in managing complex accounts and renewals for enterprise-level customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building relationships with C-suite executives
  • Proficient in organization, account prioritization, and time management
