Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive strategic renewals and ensure ongoing adoption and success for Enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 30-50 enterprise customers, focusing on renewals and account retention
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and success
- Serve as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment, with 3+ years managing enterprise accounts
- Experience in managing complex accounts and renewals for enterprise-level customers
- Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building relationships with C-suite executives
- Proficient in organization, account prioritization, and time management
- Excitement for the startup environment and a desire to contribute to team growth
