Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Enterprise Sales to drive innovation and expand its customer base within the employer segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure alignment of sales culture and structure with company strategy
  • Lead sales teams to achieve targets and optimize performance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies in partnership with the General Manager

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in business development and account management
  • At least 10+ years' experience leading a sales organization
  • Established relationships across the healthcare insurance landscape
  • Proven experience in building sales departments and implementing best practices
  • BA/BS degree required; Master's degree preferred
