Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Enterprise Sales to drive innovation and expand its customer base within the employer segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of sales culture and structure with company strategy
- Lead sales teams to achieve targets and optimize performance
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies in partnership with the General Manager
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 10+ years experience in business development and account management
- At least 10+ years' experience leading a sales organization
- Established relationships across the healthcare insurance landscape
- Proven experience in building sales departments and implementing best practices
- BA/BS degree required; Master's degree preferred
