A company is looking for an Enterprise Service Delivery Manager to oversee service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction for assigned clients
- Analyze customer requirements and develop engagement strategies
- Collaborate with teams to meet Service Level Agreements and improve service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 7+ years of experience in technical operations management
- 5+ years in Operations Support Management or IT leadership roles
- 2+ years in technical or IT strategic consulting
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management and IT Governance frameworks
- Undergraduate or higher degree in Computer Science or business disciplines preferred
