Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Service Delivery Manager to oversee service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction for assigned clients
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with teams to meet Service Level Agreements and improve service delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 7+ years of experience in technical operations management
  • 5+ years in Operations Support Management or IT leadership roles
  • 2+ years in technical or IT strategic consulting
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management and IT Governance frameworks
  • Undergraduate or higher degree in Computer Science or business disciplines preferred
