Job Summary

Supporting the Automotive Dealer Solutions team, the full-time Entry-Level Solutions Specialist will deliver exceptional customer support for the Inventory platform, assisting clients with onboarding, troubleshooting, and maximizing the value of inventory management solutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and technical support via phone or email
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Inventory platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely client onboarding

Required qualifications

• 0-2+ years of experience in B2B customer success, technical support, or account management
• Empathetic and positive attitude with a focus on customer goals
• Proficiency with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective public speaking and presentation abilities
