EPC Substation Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Substation Engineer (EPC).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and perform engineering calculations for utility substation projects
- Prepare project deliverables including engineered drawings and technical reports
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and assist with quality control reviews
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
- 2+ years of relevant experience in utility substation design with a B.S. degree or 1+ years with an M.S. degree
- Familiarity with electric infrastructure and substation engineering principles
- Experience with engineering software such as SKM, ASPEN, ETAP, or CDEGS
- Experience with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects for electric utilities is preferred
