Epic Beaker Analyst

Job Summary

Providing operational support for Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) and Anatomic Pathology (AP) modules, the contract Epic Beaker Analyst will monitor and troubleshoot laboratory interface errors, manage help desk tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot outgoing and incoming laboratory interface issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Resolve assigned help desk tickets related to Beaker functionality and integrations
• Build, test, and validate new laboratory test requests after intake and approval by upstream teams

Required qualifications

• Healthcare IT background with direct Epic application support experience
• 2-3 years of hands-on Epic Beaker build experience in Clinical Pathology (CP) and/or Anatomic Pathology (AP)
• Strong experience supporting interfaces, work queues, and production issues
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data flow issues independently
• Experience working with help desk ticketing systems and operational support models
