Epic Beaker Principal Trainer

Job Summary

To support the implementation of Epic Beaker, the remote contract Epic Beaker Principal Trainer will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for laboratory staff, ensuring successful system adoption and workflow changes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Epic Beaker training curriculum and educational materials
• Create and conduct classroom, virtual, and workflow-based training programs for laboratory end users
• Collaborate with operational leaders and analysts to align training materials with approved workflows and system design

Required qualifications

• Epic Beaker Principal Trainer Certification
• Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) and/or Anatomic Pathology (AP) certification
• Minimum 5 years of Epic training experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or activation events
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and operational processes
