Job Summary

To support advanced analytics initiatives, the full-time Epic Clarity Certified Senior Revenue Cycle Business Analyst will leverage complex data to address operational challenges such as denials management and cash forecasting in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy standard reports and certified datasets for actionable insights
• Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to optimize accounts receivable and improve operational processes
• Collaborate with business leaders to drive accountability and enhance decision-making through data analysis

Required qualifications

• Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical revenue cycle experience
• Strong understanding of Hospital Billing and Professional billing data
• Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
