Epic Tapestry Supervisor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Epic Tapestry Membership Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and maintenance of accurate enrollment and benefits data through the Epic Systems Tapestry application
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot application-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement system updates and enhance workflow efficiencies
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data management or payor contracts, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency with the Epic Systems Tapestry application
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA
- Master's/bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Epic Certification in Benefit Engines, Eligibility Enrollment Admin, and Cheers required
