Job Summary
A company is looking for an Epic Welcome Application Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Epic Welcome module and assist in implementing new features
- Collaborate with teams to analyze workflows and recommend improvements for patient check-in processes
- Provide end-user support and training, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system integration with other Epic modules
Qualifications
- Epic Welcome Certification or ability to achieve certification within 90 days
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Epic applications or similar EHR systems
- Experience in patient-facing technologies and knowledge of healthcare workflows
- Previous experience with Epic Cadence or MyChart modules is preferred
