EPL Senior Claims Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employment Practices Liability Senior Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
- Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, and negotiate settlements
- Document claim activity and coach or mentor lower-level adjusters
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 7 or more years of related claims experience at a senior adjuster level
- Active adjusters' licenses as specified by the manager
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
