ERP Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support high-growth startups, the full-time remote ERP Implementation Specialist will manage end-to-end ERP implementations, system assessments, and accounting operations while collaborating with founders and CFOs to optimize financial infrastructure using platforms like NetSuite and Rillet.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP implementations, including chart of accounts design and user acceptance testing
• Evaluate existing ERP environments, recommend improvements, and deliver training sessions
• Support the monthly close process and manage data migrations from legacy systems into modern ERP platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 3-5+ years of ERP implementation or administration experience
• Hands-on experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations
• Strong foundation in GAAP accounting and financial reporting
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Rillet, along with familiarity with other modern ERP platforms
