ESEM Platform Technical Lead
Job Summary
Leading the technical direction for the VA ESEM/NinjaOne implementation, the full-time ESEM Platform Technical Lead will manage platform architecture, configuration standards, and operational readiness while ensuring effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee ESEM/NinjaOne implementation planning, architecture, and transition to sustainment
- Translate PWS requirements into technical design decisions and operational runbooks
- Coordinate with deployment and patch migration teams on agent strategy and maintenance-window design
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in endpoint management, systems engineering, or enterprise platform administration
- Hands-on experience with NinjaOne or similar endpoint platforms like BigFix or SCCM
- Experience leading large-scale endpoint implementations or migrations, preferably with 50,000+ endpoints
- Strong technical background in Windows, Linux, macOS, and remote troubleshooting
- Ability to operate in ServiceNow/change-control environments and complete VA onboarding requirements
