Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director & Solution Lead - ESG Strategy & Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the expansion and refinement of ESG Strategy & Program service offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands
- Act as a senior leader on client engagements, advising on the integration of ESG strategy with sustainability priorities
- Drive profitable growth and operational excellence within the ESG Strategy & Program Management solution group
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 15+ years of experience in ESG Strategy development, with at least 7 years in a consulting environment
- Master's degree or other advanced degrees (e.g., LLM in Environmental Law, MBA, Master's in Sustainability)
- Proven experience leading and managing consulting operations with financial acumen
- Deep expertise in ESG Strategy and familiarity with performance and reporting standards
- Experience advising board members and C-suite executives on complex legal and strategic issues
