Key Responsibilities

• Handle 75-100 inbound calls daily in a fast-paced call center environment
• Provide advice on personal banking and lending strategies while fulfilling sales and service activities
• Maintain knowledge of personal banking products and integrate marketing promotions into customer conversations

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency with technology and above-average computer skills
• Knowledge of personal banking products and competitive marketplace trends
• Familiarity with contact center operational processes and policies
• Understanding of call center technology, processes, and metrics
