Required Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role or relevant consultative experience
- Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and personal integrity
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives
- Experience with involuntary terminations preferred
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams
