Job Summary
To enhance executive compensation strategies, the full-time Executive Compensation Analyst will build and manage forecasting models, deliver automated analyses, and develop dashboards while collaborating with various departments and leading continuous improvement initiatives, with the option to telecommute from within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run long-term incentive and equity compensation expense models, delivering insights to senior leadership
- Develop automated dashboards to improve accuracy and efficiency in compensation reporting
- Liaise with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and HR to resolve data issues and advise on program design
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
- Two years of experience in executive or stock-based compensation accounting and reporting
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, VBA, and Power BI for data automation and dashboarding
- Experience executing detailed analyses and communicating findings to senior stakeholders
