Job Summary
To support US Eastern Time working hours, the fully remote Executive Compensation Consultant will advise clients on designing and governing executive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term value creation.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on the design of executive compensation programs, including base salary, incentives, and equity plans
- Develop compensation philosophy frameworks that align pay structures with business objectives and governance standards
- Conduct compensation risk assessments and guide clients through compensation design in IPOs, M&A, and restructurings
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in executive compensation consulting, compensation committee advisory, or related fields
- JD, MBA, CPA, or equivalent expertise in tax/legal dimensions of executive pay
- Experience with technology, life sciences, or high-growth private company clients
- Deep knowledge of executive pay design across public and private/pre-IPO contexts
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with fluency in advanced Excel and proxy data tools
