Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director to lead its foundation dedicated to supporting firefighter families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on mental health and emotional resilience for firefighter families
• Oversee program development and partnerships with mental health professionals to enhance support services
• Lead fundraising efforts and cultivate relationships with donors and community stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a nonprofit or mental health organization
• Deep understanding of the psychological challenges faced by firefighter families
• Proven experience in fundraising and securing financial support
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams
