Executive-Level Administrative Virtual Assistant

Job Summary

Budgeted Rate: $18/hour ($180/month for each 10-hour client retainer)

Do you have an administrative background and an entrepreneurial spirit? Are you interested in getting your own administrative virtual assistant business off the ground? If you're interested in starting your own admin VA business, or have recently established your new business but still need clients and support as you learn the ropes, look no further!

This opportunity is perfect for military spouses or stay-at-home parents whose kids have started school, and who'd like to start bringing in some extra money part time by building their own VA business from home.

I'm the owner of a small VA agency, looking for the next awesome person to partner with on a very part-time but growing basis. To start, we're talking about 10 hours per month, but if all goes well it will definitely grow over time. I'll show you how I do things, and provide support as you work for our clients.

*Important*: This is not an employment opportunity, rather, you should already be operating as a sole proprietor (or under another company structure), or be ready to establish your company quickly with a little guidance. This is not suitable for experienced VA's with well established businesses.

I partner with US-based virtual assistants that meet the following criteria:

- a minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an executive assistant (this is mandatory, no exceptions). You've supported execs in busy, larger companies. This could be as a VA, or in a typical corporate setting.

- a personality for polished customer service and providing a phenomenal client experience

- flexible availability to respond quickly to emails and work on client requests during business hours, M-F, 9-5pm (PT or ET)

- the ability to pick up new tech and applications quickly and independently - this is key!

- positive energy, a proactive nature, assertive and independent and above all, a critical thinker

- exceptional communication skills: Strong verbal, writing, grammar and spelling skills. Poor grammar and typos freak you out!

- strong, independent problem-solving skills. If you don't know it, you'll figure it out on your own.

- ability to organize and make sense of all the details in a chaotic environment

- a fast internet connection, smart phone, webcam, and a good pc or laptop (an iPad Pro won't do it!)

You'll be paired 1:1 with clients to lessen their load, help free up their time and allow them to focus on the things that matter most to them. You'll handle a wide variety of personal and administrative support tasks ranging from scheduling and calendar management, inbox management, to travel arrangements, product or market research and data entry. Think: finding the best new tech gadgets, booking flights and making hotel reservations, setting up dentist appointments, scheduling meetings between high-level executives. You'll do this with polished professionalism and go above and beyond on even the simplest of tasks.

You'll have the freedom to decide when and where you work, while doing whatever it takes to give your clients an exceptional, first-rate experience. If this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to hear from you!
