Executive Loan Officer (DC, MD, VA)
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Loan Officer to guide clients through the mortgage process in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and clients to drive referral volume and revenue
- Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products
- Assist clients throughout the loan process, ensuring a high level of client service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating leads
- Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Minimum of 3 years of successful mortgage loan origination preferred
- Desire to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment
