Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and create best-in-class ServiceNow employee experiences
- Interpret and apply client brand guidelines for consistent user experience
- Create training materials, work with developers, and address client needs
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Public Trust Clearance
- 2-4 years of knowledge base or process documentation experience
- Ability to translate client requirements into acceptance criteria
- Experience working within a technology platform or design system
