Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experience Strategist to influence the growth of their CX/DX practice and deliver customer-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop CX/EX strategy and experience design plans for digital marketing and service-based engagements
  • Lead client engagements, enhance service offerings, and support business development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and compelling customer experiences

Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager is required
  • Experience with Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, Power Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or Google Analytics is an asset
  • Experience in developing user experience strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ability to conduct user research and analyze data to improve customer experiences
  • Experience in a supervisory role and leading cross-functional teams
