Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experiential Fleet Incident Response professional.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2 within SLA
Coordinate hardware/software replacements and conduct analyses on escalated issues
Create and maintain documentation, including training materials and technical documentation

Required Qualifications

Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems
Experience with online video production technologies and enterprise ethernet switches
General networking knowledge and familiarity with unified endpoint management (UEM) software
Ability to test and terminate ethernet, BNC, XLR, and Phoenix cables
Available to work after hours and weekends when required
