Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experiential Fleet Incident Response professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2 within SLA
  • Coordinate hardware/software replacements and conduct analyses on escalated issues
  • Create and maintain documentation, including training materials and technical documentation

Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with online video production technologies and enterprise ethernet switches
  • General networking knowledge and familiarity with unified endpoint management (UEM) software
  • Ability to test and terminate ethernet, BNC, XLR, and Phoenix cables
  • Available to work after hours and weekends when required
