Job Summary
A company is looking for an Experiential Fleet Incident Response professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2 within SLA
- Coordinate hardware/software replacements and conduct analyses on escalated issues
- Create and maintain documentation, including training materials and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems
- Experience with online video production technologies and enterprise ethernet switches
- General networking knowledge and familiarity with unified endpoint management (UEM) software
- Ability to test and terminate ethernet, BNC, XLR, and Phoenix cables
- Available to work after hours and weekends when required
