External Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, External Reporting to provide financial reporting and technical accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the SEC reporting process, including preparation of financial statements and disclosures
• Assist in the monthly close process and maintain compliance with accounting policies
• Monitor accounting standard-setting activities and evaluate their impact on the company

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in public accounting or with SEC registrants
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Exposure to ERP accounting systems such as SAP/Group Reporting
