Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of incoming work orders promptly and efficiently
  • Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to resolve issues
  • Schedule and dispatch vendor partners for work orders, ensuring timely arrivals

Required Qualifications
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction is a plus
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate or higher skills in Excel
