Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facilities Management Engineering Ops Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop technical staff, oversee operations and maintenance, and contribute to budgeting
- Improve preventive maintenance programs and create maintenance and safety manuals
- Coordinate with contractors and technicians for building systems maintenance, staying current with HVAC trends
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred, or minimum seven years of experience in commercial building/engineering operations or equivalent trade school training
- Must possess Universal EPA/CFC certification
- Preferred: Local Operating Engineer's License or Trade License, SMA, RPA certifications, proficient computer skills including EMS programming and fire alarm systems familiarity
