Job Summary
A company is looking for a Family Medicine Physician for a fully remote position in WI, MN, and IA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-demand acute care and scheduled primary care
- Educate patients on treatments and care plans, managing follow-ups for chronic care
- Collaborate with clinical team members to develop clinical guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of post-residency work experience
- State licenses in WI, MN, IA, and IMLC preferred
- Board-Certified Family Medicine physician
- Experience in primary care and behavioral health
- Prior experience with EPIC EMR and telemedicine
