Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Strategic Market Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and capture federal contract opportunities for company growth
Lead cross-functional teams in capture management for strategic opportunities
Develop customer relationships, win themes, and capture strategies for major program initiatives

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of capture or proposal management experience in the federal space
Bachelor's Degree
Strong background in Federal Field Sales, Business Development, and Program Capture Management
Experience as a Value-Added Reseller is a plus
Ability to lead matrixed resources across distributed geographies and time zones
