Job Summary
A company is looking for a BARDA Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all technical and functional activities for successful contract management
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage performance across task orders
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Contractor staff supporting BARDA
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience managing Federal contracts of similar type, scale, and scope
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Project/Program management, Business Management, or related scientific fields
- Extensive knowledge and experience in personnel management
- Experience with performance assessment, risk management, and quality control
- No additional consideration for PMP certification; extensive work experience is prioritized
