Job Summary
Supporting federal agency prospects, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will lead the sales process by delivering tailored product demonstrations, responding to federal RFPs/RFIs, and collaborating with internal teams to shape product strategy, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Federal Account Executives in identifying agency fraud and compliance needs across various government sectors
- Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to federal use cases
- Interface with agency Security and IT teams to articulate Sardine's security posture and support procurement processes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer supporting enterprise or government customers
- Prior experience in the Risk, Fraud, Identity, or Compliance domain within a government context
- Proven success working with federal agencies and large government contractors
- Active U.S. security clearance strongly preferred; must be eligible to obtain clearance
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST 800-53
