Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workplace Support Consultant, Federal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual consultation services to managers and HR partners on behavioral health and workplace related topics
- Coordinate and manage formal referrals such as DOT/SAP, Drug Free Workplace, and performance issues
- Organize onsite activities like crisis intervention services, trainings, and wellness events
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a behavioral health related field
- Licensure meeting State, Commonwealth, or customer-specific requirements
- 5+ years post-degree experience in clinical counseling with 2 years in substance abuse assessment and counseling
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle stress effectively
