Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Part-Time Coordinator, Field Activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the application and onboarding process for 300 service ambassadors
- Recruit diverse candidates and build a strong community dedicated to Jewish service initiatives
- Organize educational sessions for ambassadors and monitor program impact through evaluation methods
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in alumni management, volunteer recruitment, or peer engagement
- Skilled in networking and relationship building with Jewish young adults
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for leading new initiatives
- Experience in launching and managing new initiatives is a plus
- Commitment to supporting the organization's values in all work
