Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Enablement Experience Specialist in San Francisco, California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding and ongoing training
- Create and manage multimedia assets, interactive courses, and gamified learning experiences
- Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools, track key sales metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or related role
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools and CRM software
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
