Job Summary

Collaborating with customers to provide technical hardware instruction and assistance, the full-time remote Field Service Engineer will manage onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks while diagnosing technical problems and delivering effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations for solutions
• Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks while documenting system updates
• Coordinate and conduct training classes for end users on best practices and system operation

• Proficiency in machine automation, mechanics, and electronics
• Experience providing technical hardware instruction and assistance
