Finance Associate Director

Job Summary

Focusing on financial planning and analysis, the remote Associate Director, Finance will drive the finance function by managing reporting, developing scalable systems, and supporting strategic business opportunities while collaborating with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Directs reporting, analysis, and interpretation of financial and operational data for senior management
• Refines operating metrics and develops reporting infrastructure to drive actionable insights
• Leads the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in the finance function, preferably in FP&A
• Experience in building scalable financial planning and reporting models
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and databases
• Experience with private equity-backed businesses is preferred but not required
