Finance Associate Director

Job Summary

Focusing on financial planning and analysis, the remote Associate Director, Finance will manage reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes while developing scalable financial models and analytical tools to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Directs the reporting, analysis, and interpretation of financial and operational data for senior management
• Refines operating metrics and develops reporting infrastructure to drive actionable insights
• Leads the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum five years of experience within the finance function, preferably in FP&A
• Experience in building scalable financial planning, analysis, and reporting models
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and databases
• Experience with private equity-backed businesses is preferred but not required
