Finance Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting private equity value creation initiatives, the full-time hybrid Finance Consultant will focus on financial analysis, value capture tracking, and performance reporting while collaborating with leadership to drive measurable financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development of value creation playbooks and financial performance frameworks
• Conduct financial, operational, and business performance analyses
• Track realized versus projected savings and EBITDA impact across initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• Two to five years of experience in FP&A, transaction advisory, strategic finance, consulting, or operational finance
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with financial reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliations
