Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Manager to build its in-house Finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the financial model, forecasting, and budgeting
- Oversee the Accounting partnership with an external partner for financial closes and audits
- Implement and drive monthly budget vs. actual analysis with the Leadership Team
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Finance role, particularly in tech-enabled service solutions
- Experience in companies that are Series A-C
- Background in education or healthcare is a plus
- Motivated by the mission to provide accessible learning disability support
- Experience with remote team management
