Finance Manager
Job Summary
Partnering with Operations Teams, the full-time Regional Finance Manager will develop financial analysis and reporting, coordinate month-end close processes, and provide training and guidance to front-line management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the month-end close process and perform variance analysis against projections and plans
- Analyze labor and direct cost productivity weekly and monthly, identifying underperforming locations
- Train operations managers and unit bookkeepers on financial reporting systems and responsibilities
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of hands-on accounting/finance experience with progressive analytical responsibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance/accounting; MBA or coursework toward an MBA is helpful
- Working knowledge of Oracle Discoverer is a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to new situations effectively
