Finance Manager - Headcount
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Manager - Headcount to join their finance organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own monthly forecasting inputs for headcount expense budgets
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop hiring and expense targets
- Create models and reporting to provide actionable business insights
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting
- Experience in technology/consumer retail or high-growth start-ups preferred
- Experience with headcount management and online subscription businesses is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
