Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Finance Strategic Initiatives to drive critical cross-functional programs within the finance leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strategic opportunity and financial models to drive insights and recommendations
• Develop and maintain program plans while providing updates on project progress and risks
• Facilitate workshops and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure program goals are met

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in program management, strategy, finance, or consulting
• 2+ years of experience in a scaling SaaS technology company is preferred
• Strong proficiency in financial and scenario modeling using Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to synthesize leadership ideas into actionable priorities and structured analyses
• Comfortable presenting recommendations at the executive level
