Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Systems Manager who will lead a team and optimize business processes through automation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Systems Analysts
- Utilize automation tools to enhance business processes and develop interactive Power BI reports
- Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and support users in efficiency enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience over a technical team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of development experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI
- 2+ years of development experience in Oracle or Microsoft SQL and Visual Basic for Applications
- Finance acumen and experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence preferred
