Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Manager - Transformation to support finance transformation and financial systems projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of finance transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate critical projects and provide regular reporting to Finance and Executive Management on transformation progress
- Support IPO readiness assessments and monitor organizational needs, including budgets and staffing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, financial systems implementation/support, or finance transformation
- Experience with Oracle EPM, Oracle ERP, SAP, and/or Great Plains
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Data analysis skills
