Financial Advocate Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EES Financial Advocate Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate documentation to approve or deny charity and indigent care applications based on compliance with policies
• Complete application packets and prepare summary sheets for charity or indigent care recommendations
• Contact patients to obtain necessary financial documentation and maintain accurate logs of account statuses

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a 4-year college degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related area is preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Intermediate analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
