Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Contact Center Agent I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for students via phone, chat, and email regarding financial aid inquiries
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to update students on their financial aid status
  • Complete SharePoints, follow up with students, and assist with special projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish or ASL is preferred
  • Knowledge of federal/state aid programs is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint, Apex, and Banner software
  • Must not be in default on any federal student or parent loans
