Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Aid Contact Center Agent I.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for students via phone, chat, and email regarding financial aid inquiries
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to update students on their financial aid status
- Complete SharePoints, follow up with students, and assist with special projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in Spanish or ASL is preferred
- Knowledge of federal/state aid programs is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint, Apex, and Banner software
- Must not be in default on any federal student or parent loans
